Senior Software Security Engineer (GovCloud): Safeguarding mission-critical applications and cloud-based systems for the DCSA with an accent on integrating security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote position with occasional travel required.
Salary: $119,323 - $202,850

What you will do
- Monitor and assess system security to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
- Perform secure code reviews and static/dynamic analysis to ensure adherence to standards.
- Validate compliance with federal and DoD security requirements.
- Design and implement security controls and automation for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Provide guidance to development teams on secure coding and DevSecOps principles.
- Prepare briefings and reports for government stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
- Must be based in the United States (access from foreign locations/IPs is blocked).
- 8+ years of experience in application security, secure software development, or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Strong understanding of OWASP, NIST, and DoD STIGs.
