What you will do

• Lead workshops to gather, analyze, and validate client requirements.
• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and testing scripts.
• Provide expert guidance on time management best practices and solution capabilities.
• Support data migration, integration design, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand
• Proven hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with time solutions.
• Experience leading workshops and managing client stakeholders.
• Full project lifecycle experience including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Off, or Time Tracking.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ECP, or third-party payroll systems.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
• Consulting experience within professional services or system integrator environments.
