What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ML systems remain robust and explainable.
• Monitor and report on ML model performance, reliability, and explainability metrics.
• Implement automation and optimization for MLOps and model retraining pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production ML workflows from triage to root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain repositories for feature engineering and inference monitoring.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify quality issues and maintain data health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, ML operations, or applied ML support.
• Proficiency in Python and standard data libraries like Pandas, Polars, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong experience with time-series data and feature engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms, preferably GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Kedro, or Dagster.
• Prior exposure to demand forecasting, pricing, or revenue management.
