What you will do

• Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HRIS applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure reliable system access.
• Lead HRIS projects including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes through automation and technology adoption.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Develop and maintain reports for audits and business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HRIS, HRIT, or a similar role.
• 5+ years of system administrator experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of global People and Culture concepts and compliance.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.
• Proven project management experience managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
