Location
Office: Bucharest, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, Madrid. Remote: Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, UK.
Compensation range (Krakow/Poland): PLN 9,000–10,000 gross monthly. Other locations: compensation discussed in interview.
What you will do
- Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling.
- Develop and execute a lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and maintaining consistent activity levels.
- Own the pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, closing, and account management to maximize adoption and upsell/cross-sell.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding from getting started to daily usage.
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business, supported by relevant case studies.
Requirements
- English: fluency required.
- Greek: fluency required.
- 1+ years of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Strong phone communication and articulation skills.
- Excellent written communication (email, LinkedIn outreach).
- Strong time management and organization skills, including CRM administration.
