What you will do

• Design and develop CX data intelligence solutions, including AI-powered insight agents.
• Analyze customer journeys and operational metrics to identify churn risks and friction points.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service tools for CXO leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into prioritized roadmaps and experiments.
• Define and refine CX health and retention metrics to guide investment decisions.
• Apply AI/LLM techniques to automate classification and surface emerging themes.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in modern BI environments.
• Hands-on experience building analytical models and intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or LLM-based approaches.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
