Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 USD OTE (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Hit monthly targets: book 15 meetings per month, with at least 9 qualified by an Account Executive.
- Own meeting attendance by running pre-meeting follow-ups, sending reminders and relevant info, and re-engaging missed meetings/demos.
- Execute high-volume outbound using phone, email, and LinkedIn while managing multiple outreach campaigns and maintaining 100+ dials among other touchpoints.
- Respond to intent by acting as the primary contact for prospects engaging with guides, site activity, or webinars—prioritizing speed and relevance.
- Use scalable personalization in a 2,000+ account territory by targeting triggers such as new hires or fundraising goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting is a plus (not required); strong drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn are required.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and rejection while staying positive and resilient.
- Disciplined execution: manage your own calendar and maintain consistently high activity.
- Coachability: open to feedback and willing to adjust approach based on data.
- Communication skills to explain platform value clearly to busy nonprofit leaders without being pushy.
- AI fluency: actively use AI day-to-day, identify where AI changes problem-solving, and grow fluency as tools evolve.
