What you will do

• Roll out hirify.global across strategic engineering organizations and configure environments.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows directly with developer and platform teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions with engineering leadership.
• Identify workflow friction and drive durable adoption across enterprise teams.
• Partner with Account Executives to operationalize AI-assisted development at scale.
• Translate customer feedback into structured requirements for the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep understanding of SDLC tooling, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise environments.
• Ability to operate hands-on with developers while maintaining strategic influence with executives.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
