What you will do

• Manage the full interview scheduling lifecycle to ensure all participants are prepared and on time.
• Create a warm, human, and memorable experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to solve scheduling challenges in real time.
• Keep the Ashby ATS accurate and up to date.
• Identify and execute improvements to recruitment operations and workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or Japan
• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or operations role within a fast-paced technical environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding scheduling and time zones.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative in identifying and fixing process inefficiencies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable interacting with diverse personalities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using the Ashby ATS.
