What you will do
- Prospect and identify high-potential general contractors across North America.
- Make outbound calls and book product demos for Account Executives.
- Write high-converting cold emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion.
- Track activities and insights in HubSpot CRM.
- Bring energy and urgency to every conversation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Montreal, QC, Canada
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Grit, drive, and a competitive mindset focused on performance.
- Coachability and ability to implement feedback quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
