Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day strategy and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to adapt messaging for domestic and international markets.
  • Present strategies, account growth narratives, and forecasts to senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop growth roadmaps that sequence channel investment and identify new acquisition opportunities.
  • Drive forecasting, budget reconciliation, and scenario planning to inform investment decisions.
  • Apply best practices in attribution, measurement, and AI-driven martech innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of paid media experience with hands-on proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Must be based in New York, NY as this is an onsite role.
  • Proven ability to manage paid media for both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Strong analytical toolkit including attribution modeling, GA4, and scenario planning.
  • Experience developing and presenting executive-ready growth narratives to senior stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic platforms sufficient to provide oversight.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on programmatic self-serve experience (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • International campaign experience across Africa, LATAM, EU, or APAC.
  • Agency or performance marketing background.
