What you will do

• Demo AI capabilities to clients and tailor demonstrations to specific legal workflows.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate client requirements into detailed solution designs.
• Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows on the Salesforce-based framework.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor regarding AI capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to scope and deliver implementations on time and within budget.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption to ensure measurable client value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with advanced mastery of Flows.
• Proven capability to own technical workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and platform capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other legal operations platforms.
• Familiarity with law firm workflows such as intake, matter management, and billing.
• Salesforce certifications including AI Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant.
