TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: minimum of four days per week in-office required).

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to concept and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Develop original key art, campaign visuals, social assets, and print materials.
• Communicate concepts through sketches, mood boards, and pitches.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and cultural moments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in entertainment, broadcast, or agency environments.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong conceptual skills with a portfolio demonstrating work across various genres.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Specific experience in television or entertainment design.
