What you will do

• Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.
• Lead and mentor the creative team through empowerment and autonomy to foster growth and high-quality output.
• Translate complex pharmaceutical problems into compelling, behavior-driving creative solutions.
• Lead pitch efforts and present creative strategies to clients with eloquence and persuasion.
• Stay current with healthcare marketing trends and innovations to set the stage for future campaigns.
• Manage creative roadblocks and adjust strategies throughout the production process.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including drug launch knowledge.
• Strong understanding of disease state, product science, and therapeutic industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to navigate legal restrictions and competitive pharmaceutical markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
