Focus on maintaining 99.999% on-air availability, leading real-time operational triage, and coordinating complex broadcast workflows across satellite, fiber, and cloud environments.

Location: Must be based in Stamford, CT. This position is fully onsite with no ability to work hybrid or remote.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Supervise shift-based NOC operators supporting linear networks, live events, and FAST channels.
• Lead real-time execution of high-profile live events and serve as the decision authority during incidents.
• Monitor and manage satellite, fiber, terrestrial, and cloud-based distribution paths.
• Facilitate day-of-air issue resolution between Sales Ops, Engineering, and Programming departments.
• Lead operational triage, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, guidelines, and training documentation for broadcast operations.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work onsite in Stamford, CT.
• Must have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in on-air broadcast, digital, or network operations.
• Strong understanding of television production processes and broadcast signal chains.
• Must be willing to work any shift, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to effectively lead, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience leading the execution of live television events.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Technical experience with automated real-time systems and monitoring tools like TAG, Splunk, or Dataminer.
