What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope and win new engagements, shaping proposals and value-based pricing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite hospital leaders, framing ambiguous problems into structured, data-driven engagements.
• Own end-to-end engagements, including work planning, execution, and delivery of measurable client outcomes.
• Analyze price transparency, claims, and reimbursement data to synthesize executive-ready narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal to improve solution scalability and compliance.
• Translate recurring client needs into structured product requirements to reduce cost-to-serve.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in RCM-focused management consulting, digital health, or provider-side revenue cycle strategy.
• Deep command of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, claims, and payer negotiations.
• Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level presentations to C-suite leadership.
• Technical fluency with SQL for direct data manipulation and analysis.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.

• HFMA designations such as CRCR or CHFP.
• AAPC coding certifications such as CPC, CIC, or COC.
