What you will do

• Own key areas of the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline close processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Utilize data tools and automation to reduce manual workflows and improve reporting.
• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to analyze variances and ensure financial clarity.
• Support external audits and maintain robust documentation for accounting areas.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement fundamentals.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency or accuracy in close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience with data and automation tools such as Power BI or SQL.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
