What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers on data architecture and governance.
• Own the customer journey from pre-sales proof of concepts to post-sales onboarding and long-term adoption.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders ranging from developers to Director-level business leaders.
• Design and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to unblock technical and organizational challenges.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven system improvements.
• Deliver technical services including data optimization, re-implementation, and change management best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver ROI through new tool implementations.
• Experience working with Director-level stakeholders to define and execute strategic visions.
• Strong project delivery discipline and ability to manage complex client stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with data querying and modeling (SQL, dbt, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods (SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming).
• Fluency in additional languages.
