TL;DR

Principal Onboarding Architect (Sales): Building and evolving the onboarding strategy for the Field and partner ecosystem with an accent on accelerating productivity for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and partner sellers. Focus on designing comprehensive learning curricula, measuring program effectiveness, and coordinating in-person boot camps to drive GTM activation.

Location: Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to work onsite in the Menlo Park, CA office at least three days per week.

Salary: $164,000 – $215,200

What you will do

  • Architect and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy to accelerate productivity for sales and partner teams.
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of program effectiveness and observed behaviors.
  • Coordinate and lead monthly in-person boot camps at the Menlo Park office and virtual training sessions.
  • Maintain and evolve onboarding content, including sales processes, product offerings, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with enablement and leadership teams to align onboarding strategies with business goals.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to global leaders to deliver programming across all field segments.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available for onsite work in Menlo Park at least three days per week.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Implementation with a focus on onboarding in enterprise software.
  • Proven experience in learning design, measurement frameworks, and enablement tooling.
  • Strong background in program management and stakeholder management across diverse internal teams.
  • Technical acumen, particularly within the data industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Education is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience with gamification and modern enablement tools like Articulate, Synthesia, or RISE.
