Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Hoboken, NJ; or Phoenix, AZ. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring up to three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for product launches, feature rollouts, and major version releases.
• Align cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering around clear launch frameworks.
• Define launch scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria while managing risks.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, governance models, and operating rhythms to improve execution.
• Facilitate post-release retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new tools to enhance GTM and release management efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Release Management.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional GTM programs and release cycles.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience building and improving business processes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive-level reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity in specified office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity organizations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or Confluence.
• Certification in Agile, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma frameworks.
• Experience supporting product launches across multiple regions or channels.
