What you will do

• Support sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of goods, materials, and services to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure data integrity between physical stock, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Manage preferred supplier lists, track vendor performance, and process purchase orders while resolving discrepancies.
• Support material kitting, staging, and storage optimization for manufacturing and engineering builds.
• Assist in documenting and improving inventory-related workflows, SOPs, and training team members.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping activities to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Lancaster, TX.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in manufacturing or a startup.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and satisfy national security-related eligibility requirements.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with PLM tools like Arena.
• Understanding of legal concepts in purchasing such as MSAs and Vendor Managed Inventory.
