What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from needs identification to feature implementation.
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on commercial and competitive context.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product deployment.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor product readiness and performance.
• Act as the primary voice of the end user, channeling feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics.
• Proven experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering or computer science.
• Ability to lead strategy and execution in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (roles may be subject to national security-related restrictions).
• Ability to travel 25% to visit commercial deployments.
