Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD

What you will do

• Formulate and evolve the product roadmap for Assisted Autonomy, balancing deployment milestones with long-term scalability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve performance, safety, and feature prioritization.
• Drive product improvements across software interfaces and physical hardware integrations.
• Act as the central communication node between Engineering, Operations, Safety, and external customers.
• Partner with Ops teams on field deployment, process optimization, and training material creation.
• Travel up to 25% to commercial deployment locations to gather operational feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in environments blending software and hardware.
• Demonstrated success in launching end-user-facing high-tech products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong B2C UX/design experience for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Technical degree (master's or above) or equivalent practical work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (role may be subject to national security-related restrictions).
• Prior experience in assisted autonomy, autonomous vehicles, or robotics.
