What you will do

• Manage and maintain a complex portfolio of non-financial assets such as life insurance, minerals, real estate, and closely-held businesses.
• Partner with Account Officers and external professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex customer needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts during the administration of estates, trusts, and agency accounts.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, O.C.C. requirements, and account investment objectives.
• Analyze, value, and determine the highest and best use for assigned assets to maximize investment performance.
• Resolve asset-related issues to maintain high-quality client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or 7-8 years of equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of contracts, leases, title documents, and fiduciary practices.
• Understanding of laws pertaining to specialty assets such as oil and gas law, real estate law, or business law.
• Demonstrated PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive reports and presentations.
