What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from needs identification to feature implementation.
• Prioritize features based on commercial context and competitive landscape.
• Define product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor product readiness and performance.
• Act as the primary voice of the end user, gathering feedback and building strong customer relationships.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics.
• Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering or computer science.
• Proven ability to lead strategy and execution in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
• Strong experience building relationships with engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (roles may be subject to national security-related restrictions).
