Location: Santa Monica, CA (onsite, four days per week)
Salary: $94,580.00 - $174,988.00 annual (base pay range)

What you will do
- Develop and drive engagement strategies for Call of Duty, including planning weekly playlists, in-game content, and live service beats.
- Partner with senior managers and analytics teams to define KPIs, support data visualization, and contribute to A/B test design and prioritization.
- Monitor performance of live service initiatives and promotions; build post-launch analyses and recommendations.
- Own player journey expertise and craft best-in-class messaging across surfaces to improve conversion and player satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights and create materials for strategic recommendations.
- Represent the player perspective internally and track competitive intelligence across publishers, titles, genres, and business models.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of product management, finance, consulting, or similar experience, preferably in gaming or digital consumer products.
- Familiarity with data analysis, UX/UI, game systems design, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and working proficiency of Excel.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
