What you will do

• Develop routing and traffic-engineering algorithms for high-performance datacenter networks.
• Build reliable, real-time software for switches forming the backbone of AI training fabrics.
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
• Create prototypes and run experiments to validate design decisions at scale.
• Develop tools for deployment, data analysis, visualization, and testing in production environments.
• Deploy software updates through continuous integration with rigorous testing and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong development experience in C or C++.
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols such as UDP, TCP/IP, and RDMA.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale datacenter fabrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
