What you will do

• Lead and influence quality engineering strategy across console, mobile, and service ecosystems.
• Design and scale automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Define enterprise-level automation standards and CI/CD quality gates to improve release velocity.
• Drive R&D initiatives for AI-assisted testing to accelerate test generation and failure analysis.
• Mentor SDETs and QEs on automation architecture, debugging, and engineering standards.
• Track quality metrics and defect trends to drive data-informed decisions across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SDET, automation, or quality engineering roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale mobile quality engineering initiatives.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Expertise with automation frameworks like Playwright, Pytest, Appium, or Selenium.
• Experience architecting CI/CD pipelines and release validation systems using Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities with a focus on systemic quality gaps.
