What you will do

• Review and moderate diverse media content including images, videos, and text to identify policy violations.
• Analyze sensitive material such as malware, phishing, and harassment to block access and protect the platform.
• Manage ticketing and moderation queues to prioritize tasks based on established guidelines.
• Collaborate with tooling teams to report issues and suggest process improvements.
• Respond to internal and external escalations by gathering information and providing clear reporting.
• Participate in team wellness programs to maintain resilience while handling distressing content.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in roles requiring privacy and discretion (e.g., cybersecurity, digital safety, or law enforcement) OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ months of experience in a specialty compliance area (technical or legal).
• 1+ year of experience writing and reviewing JavaScript.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable reviewing content that may be graphic, violent, or otherwise distressing.
