What you will do

• Lead the development of data products, datasets, and foundational dashboards for internal and downstream consumers.
• Partner with Platform Development and Data Governance teams to ensure reliable, well-modeled, and observable data.
• Manage intake and prioritization for data solutions, balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability.
• Enable self-service analytics by establishing reusable datasets, models, and access patterns.
• Manage and mentor a small team of data and analytics engineers.
• Ensure all solutions align with platform standards for governance, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building data products, datasets, or analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using Python for data transformation and modeling.
• Familiarity with modern data platform tooling, including Node.js/TypeScript services and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation patterns, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview in New York, NY.

• Experience enabling self-service analytics at scale.
• Familiarity with data contracts, governance, and lineage concepts.
• Experience in media, streaming, or large-scale enterprise environments.
