What you will do

• Lead the development of an in-house fintech platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including hiring and training technical personnel.
• Build and maintain complex payment API integrations with banks and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical feasibility with business goals.
• Drive the evolution of system architecture towards microservices and scalable infrastructure.
• Delegate tasks and ensure project delivery according to established schedules and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.
• English proficiency: B2 level required.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
