TL;DR
AI Tutor (Node.js): Evaluating and refining AI-generated code to ensure alignment with Node.js performance, scalability, and asynchronous programming patterns with an accent on code correctness and idiomatic logic. Focus on solving complex server-side challenges and providing clear, concise explanations for AI output improvements.
Compensation: $15–$150 per hour
Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts operated by Labelbox, a leading data-centric AI platform used by Fortune 500 enterprises to build intelligent applications.
What you will do
- Review Node.js code for correctness, efficiency, and idiomatic use of asynchronous logic.
- Solve server-side development challenges using Node.js and explain your process.
- Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear application logic.
- Summarize your approach and decision-making clearly and concisely.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
- Expertise in Node.js including event-driven architecture, async/await, Express.js, and error handling.
- 3–5 years of experience in Node.js backend development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Must be authorized to work in your country of residence as this is a 1099 contract role without sponsorship.
