Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Onsite)

Salary: $130,000 + commission plan

hirify.global is a professional services firm specializing in implementing and optimizing the Salesforce platform for its clients.

What you will do

  • Generate new business leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including delivering executive-level presentations and defining project scope in collaboration with sales engineering.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for existing customers, conducting regular account reviews to align with their strategic plans.
  • Nurture and expand relationships within existing accounts to identify new growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships within the Salesforce alliance ecosystem to drive new opportunities.
  • Oversee project communication to ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are executed successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in services sales, solution selling, or strategic account management.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and general CRM/SaaS product knowledge.
  • Strong ability to present to C-level executives and develop detailed work plans and pricing estimates.
  • Must be located in or able to commute to Chicago, IL for client site visits.
