What you will do

• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs within accounts payable.
• Monitor customer balances and resolve queries within accounts receivable processes.
• Issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity in the accounting system.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Dublin
