What you will do

• Lead architecture and design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue systems to support scalable growth.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Design and implement declarative solutions, including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning applications.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, following platform governance and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or Quote-to-Cash solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Expertise in business analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, Texas (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Billing Consultant, or Platform Developer I/II).
• Experience with Conga document generation and quote-related templates.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
