What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day Talent Acceleration programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture.
  • Translate priorities into clear action plans, building detailed timelines and workflows to track progress.
  • Coordinate logistics and systems for program delivery, including onboarding, training sessions, and communication tools.
  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks, guides, and documentation for internal programs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed talent programs into team operations.
  • Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve the experience and effectiveness of programs.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, HR, or consulting.
  • Strong project and program management skills with a proven ability to run initiatives end-to-end.
  • Ability to transform abstract ideas into concrete, executable plans and timelines.
  • Comfort working with data to identify performance gaps and measure impact.
  • Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in the Needham, MA headquarters.
