What you will do

• Design, develop, execute, and debug automated test cases using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) within Salesforce environments.
• Build, maintain, and support automated testing frameworks following industry best practices.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into effective automation solutions.
• Produce critical test artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Metrics reports.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce test automation.
• Must be based in Canada (Eastern Canada preferred).
• Demonstrated experience debugging large volumes of CRT and Salesforce automated tests.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with keyword-driven test automation using Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with open-source tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright.
