TL;DR

Director, Culture & Content (Marketing): Leading cultural relevance for a portfolio of brands through social strategy, creator partnerships, and content development with an accent on social-first cultural engines and brand impact. Focus on spotting emerging trends, building creator strategies, and executing IRL activations to grow brand fandom.

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California

What you will do

  • Develop cultural roadmaps and identify emerging trends to maintain brand relevance across the portfolio.
  • Lead social channel strategies, including brand voice, content priorities, and community engagement.
  • Build and manage creator and influencer strategies to humanize brands and drive engagement.
  • Oversee brand and cultural partnerships from identification and negotiation through execution.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting tools to measure the impact of cultural initiatives.
  • Lead and develop internal teams while managing external creative and production agencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, social, cultural marketing, or creator marketing.
  • Proven track record of building culturally relevant programs that generate conversation and brand love.
  • Strong consumer instinct and cultural empathy across diverse audiences and subcultures.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners from idea through measurement.
  • Data literacy and ability to build structure within ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, California (Hybrid)
