What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of clinicians, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with Clinical Science and leadership to assess resource needs and ensure appropriate coverage across studies.
• Manage workforce planning, forecasting, and clinician utilization to meet study demands.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to recruit, hire, and onboard clinicians efficiently.
• Oversee SOP development, process improvements, and quality control measures across the department.
• Manage clinician payments, budgets, and financial obligations in partnership with Finance and vendors.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials, research, or a clinical setting.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience diagnosing and/or treating patients.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, including hiring and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with psychiatric or neurocognitive indications.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
