Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in mid-market Employee Benefits.
• Proven experience in people management and professional development.
• Strong ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• BA/BS in business, management, or a related field.
