What you will do
- Greet visitors and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and kitchen inventory to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate with building management for necessary office maintenance and repairs.
- Organize company events, including happy hours, in-office trainings, and team lunches.
- Manage and track company merchandise for new hires and external partners.
- Partner with facilities and real estate teams on office improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Office Management or similar experience.
- Fluent English and Japanese communication skills.
- Must be based in Tokyo (On-site).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Methodical, process-driven mentality focused on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to lift and organize office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
