What you will do

• Lead social strategy and execution, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and exploring new distribution surfaces.
• Embed and engage in priority B2B forums, including Reddit and closed CMO Slacks, to host AMAs and gather intel.
• Scale the employee advocacy program by recruiting contributors and providing prompt libraries.
• Conduct social listening via Meltwater and native tools to route insights to Sales, PMM, and Product teams.
• Produce social-native content in collaboration with design and video teams.
• Develop a roster of B2B creators and newsletter operators for organic and paid partnerships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B social and community management, ideally within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing LinkedIn at scale and running employee advocacy programs.
• Active participation in B2B communities such as Reddit, B2B Slacks, or vertical forums.
• Hands-on AI fluency: Ability to build agents and workflows to handle volume work is a must.
• Strong conviction in measurement and ability to report on ICP growth and brand sentiment.
• Must be based in North America.
