What you will do
- Evaluate HR processes and recommend scalable system solutions adapted to company growth.
- Lead cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.
- Translate operational and strategic HR needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.
- Act as the primary bridge between HR and Information Systems (IS) to align priorities and timelines.
- Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, specifically Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and systems leaders to influence the technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HCM and/or ERP platforms, such as Workday.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and produce actionable technical deliverables.
- Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, and risk management.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.
- Exposure to performance management or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience scaling processes in mid-sized organizations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
