Salary: $142,200 - $199,100 USD base salary

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with key advertising partners and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Develop joint business plans and upfront strategies for top pharma clients.
• Educate new clients on the Reddit ads platform to identify and capture new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed client marketing goals.
• Influence the ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist at industry events.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media, with 7+ years specifically in sales.
• Must be based in person in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco.
• Proven track record of managing relationships up through C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience executing long-term growth strategies for complex enterprise tech organizations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
