What you will do

• Own and execute the global supply strategy to build and scale a high-quality expert contributor network.
• Lead the BPO ecosystem and drive international expansion to mitigate geographic and concentration risks.
• Develop predictive capacity planning systems and leverage analytics to improve marketplace responsiveness.
• Scale multi-channel supply growth across paid, referral, and organic acquisition channels.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with BPOs, universities, and training programs.
• Collaborate with GTM and Delivery teams to align supply capacity with rapid sales cycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace, growth, or operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading senior or cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience scaling global supply networks, including BPO models.
• Strong analytical skillset for building capacity models and forecasting systems.
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with dynamic demand and short sales cycles.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Redwood City, CA
