What you will do
- Architect and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Drive high-level architecture decisions and establish coding standards.
- Lead rigorous code reviews and mentor mobile engineers.
- Partner with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams to execute feature delivery.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and stability risks.
- Refine mobile development workflows, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native in production.
- Strong background as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.
- Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency with native tooling including Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, and CocoaPods.
