What you will do

• Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and manage follow-up items.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Track procurement activities, fabrication schedules, and material deliveries.
• Maintain project information within Salesforce and other management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or project management teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce or similar tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% to project sites throughout the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial construction, infrastructure, or specialty construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, permitting, and contract administration.
• Experience with project financial tracking, budgeting, and invoice processing.
• Exposure to digital signage, LED technology, or out-of-home advertising.
