Compensation: $185,000 – $225,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Ship and iterate on unique product experiences that improve patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with the ML research team to integrate cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into production.
• Enhance the physician-facing care platform to increase efficiency and clinical capability.
• Build robust integrations with enterprise clients, including EMR systems and HIE records parsing.
• Take ownership of broad engineering initiatives and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Postgres, and AWS.
• Experience building and scaling products for large enterprise clients or hundreds of thousands of users.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of broad technical initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
