What you will do
- Clean and sanitize work areas, and prepare, clean, and sterilize glassware and production equipment.
- Assist with equipment setup and operation for aseptic manufacturing activities (including product formulation and filling equipment operation).
- Support aseptic production tasks such as formulation, filling, labeling, capping, packaging, and visual inspection.
- Maintain accurate documentation (charts, logbooks, batch records, and other required records) and enter technical data into required systems.
- Perform environmental monitoring and report unusual or non-routine events to supervision.
- Support safety and compliance, including safe handling and labeling/management of hazardous waste when trained, and assist with SOP reviews/updates.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with industry-related laboratory experience, or a bachelor’s degree with industry or academic laboratory experience.
- 1+ year of laboratory experience.
- Comfort working in laboratory/manufacturing settings and following GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and documentation practices.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across multiple levels.
- Ability to stand for extended periods; flexible schedule to support overtime, weekends, and holidays with rotating shift assignments.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an aseptic cleanroom environment.
- Educational background in Biology or Chemistry.
- Mechanical aptitude.
