Salary: $157,000 - $224,400 USD per annum

What you will do
- Oversee safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
- Coordinate maintenance planning and outages to maximize facility effectiveness.
- Develop and execute long-term operational, staffing, and budgetary strategies.
- Champion Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive plant performance and capacity utilization.
- Represent the company in local government, community, and industry groups.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing site leadership team.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, and cost control.
- Proven track record in implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) programs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in power generation environments (WTE, coal, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle).
- Ability to work onsite in Lorton, VA.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Black/Green belt preferred).
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Paper Mills or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Military veteran background.
