Salary: $157,000 - $224,400 USD per annum

What you will do

• Oversee safe and environmentally responsible operations at the site.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and outages to maximize facility effectiveness.
• Develop and execute long-term operational, staffing, and budgetary strategies.
• Champion Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive plant performance and capacity utilization.
• Represent the company in local government, community, and industry groups.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing site leadership team.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive power plant or power generation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, and cost control.
• Proven track record in implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) programs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in power generation environments (WTE, coal, biomass, nuclear, or combined cycle).
• Ability to work onsite in Lorton, VA.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Black/Green belt preferred).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Paper Mills or Chemical Manufacturing.
• Military veteran background.
